Send a PDF, get it signed, keep the sealed proof.
Upload the document, mark where each person signs and send it by e-mail or link. Signers open it on any phone without an account, and the signed PDF comes back with a certificate of completion.

ESIGN Act & UETA
The signer reads the electronic records disclosure and consents before signing; the consent is stored with its text version.
Tamper-evident seal
SHA-256 of the original and of the sealed PDF; any change to the file changes its hash.
Trusted timestamp
The seal is time-stamped by an independent RFC 3161 authority; if it does not answer, the certificate says so.
English, Português, Español
The app, the signing page, the invitations and the certificate in three languages.
Three steps from PDF to sealed proof
- 01
Upload the PDF
Up to 25 MB. Add up to 10 signers and choose: one after the other, or all at the same time.
- 02
Place the fields
Signature, initials, date, name and text on any page, each one colour-tagged to its signer.
- 03
Sign and seal
Each signer gets a personal link by e-mail or from you. When the last one signs, the PDF is sealed with the certificate and kept in your vault.
What you need to get a document signed. Nothing more.
Every item below works today in MyESign.
Field editor on the real pages
Click to place, drag to move, pull the corner to resize. The fields keep their place on any screen size.
Order and reminders
Sequential or parallel signing, a reminder button for each signer and automatic e-mail reminders after two days.
Type or draw on the phone
The signer adopts a typed or hand-drawn signature, fills in the text fields, or declines with a reason.
Certificate of completion
Who signed, when, how, from which IP and which consent text — with the hashes and the timestamp, attached to the PDF.
Kept in your vault
The sealed PDF becomes a document of your team in DOCZ, the socialDNA vault, next to the original.
Roles for the whole team
Owners and admins see everything; senders send; a viewer (your accountant) follows envelopes and usage without seeing the signers' contacts.
Signatures from your own system
Create and send envelopes with one call, follow every step by webhook and put a sign button on your site.
- keyAPI keys with scopes, kept only as a hash
- webhookSigned webhooks (HMAC-SHA256) for sent, opened, signed, declined, completed
- linkA sign button that opens the signer's personal link

Questions before you send
Is an electronic signature legally binding?expand_more
In the United States, the ESIGN Act and UETA give electronic signatures the same effect as handwritten ones for most documents, when the signer consents. MyESign records that consent with its text version. Some documents, such as wills and certain notices, are excluded by law; this is not legal advice.
Does the signer need an account?expand_more
No. Each signer opens a personal link on a phone or computer, reads the disclosure, consents and signs. The link works for that person only.
How am I charged?expand_more
You pay per signature, with no monthly fee. Signatures add up on your usage page and are charged to your card by accrual, not one by one.
What proof do I get?expand_more
The original pages with the signatures on top, plus a certificate of completion: who signed, when, how, from which IP, the consent text version, the SHA-256 of the original and of the seal, and an RFC 3161 timestamp.
How do signers receive the document?expand_more
By e-mail sent by MyESign, or by a personal link you copy and send yourself. Other channels are not available today.
Can I send envelopes from my own software?expand_more
Yes. Create an API key in Developers, send the PDF and the signers in one call, and receive signed webhooks as each person signs.
Who can see my documents?expand_more
Your team, by role, and each signer only the envelope sent to them. Documents are not read by AI and we do not share them with AI providers.
