Your crew's hours, clocked where the work is, and approved in one tap.
MyTeamDay clocks each person in and out at the job site with the phone's GPS, builds the day's time card on its own, and lets the office approve, return or lock it. Your client can see the hours of their job — never the people.

ReviewLive for the office
Who is on the clock, where and since when — the office sees it the moment it happens.
Place, time and method on every entry
Each clock in keeps the GPS point, the nearest site and how it was made: by the person, the foreman or the site fence.
Cards that build themselves
When a shift closes, the day card is built with the hours by site and the alerts. You approve, return or lock.
In your crew's language
English, Portuguese and Spanish: each person sees every screen and report in their own.
From the first clock in to payroll, in three steps.
- 01
Add your job sites
Name, address and the fence radius. Standing at the site, one tap uses your location.
- 02
Invite the crew
By e-mail or mobile number, each one with a role: worker, foreman, admin, payroll or client.
- 03
Approve the week
The cards arrive ready. Approve, return or lock them, then download the minutes CSV for your payroll.
Everything a crew day needs, nothing it does not.
Replace paper timesheets, texts to the office and arguments about hours with one clock the whole company trusts.
Clock in at the job site
The phone shows the nearest sites and whether you are inside the fence; clock in and out with one button.
Fence rules that close the shift on time
Set the radius, the minutes inside to clock in and the minutes away to clock out. When the phone shares its location, the shift opens and closes by itself — at the time the person arrived and left.
The foreman clocks the crew
Pick the people and the site and clock them in or out together. The entry keeps who clocked, when and where.
Approve, return or lock
The team week on one screen: each day of each person, with the shifts and the evidence behind the hours.
Alerts that matter
Shift left open, more than 12 hours in a day, no break in a long shift, a shift outside the site fence.
Reports and timesheets to print
Hours by site, person and day for any period, and each person's monthly timesheet with lines to sign. Print or save as PDF.
Show the hours of the job, not the people.
Give your client access to their site and they see the total hours worked there, day by day. No names, no locations, nothing about your crew — and nothing from your other jobs.

What contractors ask before they start
Does MyTeamDay track my crew all the time?expand_more
No. The location is used to clock in and out at the job site and to build the day card, and only when the person allows it on the phone. Each person sees their own location points, and they are deleted after 12 months.
Who sees each person's hours?expand_more
Each role sees what it needs. A worker sees only their own cards; the foreman sees who is on site; owners and admins approve; payroll reads the cards and exports; a client sees only the total hours of the sites you share — no names.
Does it run payroll or keep pay rates?expand_more
No. MyTeamDay counts the time and exports the minutes by person, day and site as a CSV for the payroll you already use. Pay rates and labor cost are not part of it today.
Does the crew need a special device?expand_more
No. MyTeamDay works in the browser of any phone or computer and uses the phone's GPS to clock in. If someone has no phone, the foreman clocks them in from the crew clock.
Which languages does it speak?expand_more
English, Portuguese and Spanish. Each person picks a language and sees screens, alerts and reports in it.
Who owns the time records?expand_more
Your company. Every entry keeps who made it, when and where, the owner can export the data at any time, and we do not share your records with AI providers.
Next Monday,
start the week with hours you can trust.
Add your sites, invite the crew and let the cards build themselves. Approve on Friday.
